Maj\u00ed bojovn\u00e9ho ducha, proto\u017ee maj\u00ed za \u00fakol zlikvidovat star\u00e9 syst\u00e9my. A\u0165 u\u017e jsou to syst\u00e9my vl\u00e1dn\u00ed, \u0161kolsk\u00e9, soudn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 postr\u00e1daj\u00ed celistvost. Dosp\u011bl\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed strach ze zm\u011bn a lp\u00ed ze strachu na star\u00fdch a p\u0159ekonan\u00fdch form\u00e1mch, tyto d\u011bti nemus\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u011b ch\u00e1pat. V\u011bt\u0161inou pak tyto d\u011bti ozna\u010d\u00ed n\u00e1lepkou LMD, lehk\u00e1 mozkov\u00e1 dysfunkce. Pokud budeme poslouchat rady l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f a budeme t\u011bmto d\u011btem pod\u00e1vat l\u00e9ky na utlumen\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edjdou o svou vn\u00edmavost, bojov\u00e9ho ducha a sv\u00e9 duchovn\u00ed nad\u00e1n\u00ed. Indigov\u00e9 d\u011bti jsou inteligentn\u00ed, intuitivn\u00ed, kreativn\u00ed a velmi citliv\u00e9. N\u011bkdy maj\u00ed sebedestruktivn\u00ed sklony a proto je u nich \u010dasto nespr\u00e1vn\u011b dignostikov\u00e1no ADD a ADHD proto\u017ee se nep\u0159isp\u016fsobuj\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00edm pravidl\u016fm a z toho d\u016fvodu mohou m\u00edt doma i ve \u0161kole probl\u00e9my s chov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e1zev ,,indigov\u00e9\u201c maj\u00ed z d\u016fvodu temn\u011b fialov\u00e9 barvy sv\u00e9 du\u0161e. V\u011bt\u0161inou nesn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed autority a maj\u00ed probl\u00e9m, nen\u00ed li to pro n\u011b zhola nemo\u017en\u00e9, p\u0159isp\u016fsobit se stanoven\u00fdm regul\u00edm a \u0159\u00e1du. Velice trp\u00ed kdy\u017e je po nich vy\u017eadov\u00e1na discipl\u00edna. Porto\u017ee nemaj\u00ed respekt k autorit\u00e1m vy\u017eaduj\u00ed rovnocenn\u00e9 jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Nesn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed pokrytectv\u00ed, podvody, zneu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed moci a le\u017e. P\u0159i jejich v\u00fdchov\u011b mus\u00edme db\u00e1t na to abychom neztratili jejich d\u016fv\u011bru a abychom jim byli tou spr\u00e1vnou oporou. Neplat\u00ed na n\u011b toti\u017e \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ,,f\u00edgle\u201c jako na ostatn\u00ed d\u011bti v ,,ocho\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c a vychov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve ,,slu\u0161n\u00e9\u201c lidi, tak jako to platilo na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed generace. Indigov\u00e9 d\u011bti jsou jednodu\u0161e sv\u00e9 a to za v\u0161ech okolnost\u00ed, tak\u017ee se je pros\u00edm nesna\u017ete p\u0159evychov\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ADHD je zkratka americk\u00e9ho n\u00e1zvu Attention-Deficit Hyperaktivity Disorder, tj. syndrom poruchy, deficitu pozornosti s hyperaktivitou, nebo specifick\u00e9 poruchy chov\u00e1n\u00ed (Pokorn\u00e1). Sv\u00fdmi projevy odpov\u00edd\u00e1 star\u0161\u00edm pojm\u016fm LDE, LMD.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jeho hlavn\u00ed oblasti jsou:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"seznam\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1.) deficit v oblasti vynalo\u017een\u00ed, organizace a udr\u017een\u00ed pozornosti a \u00fasil\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>2.) inhibice v oblasti spont\u00e1nn\u00ed odpov\u011bdi organismu<\/li>\n<li>3.) deficit v oblasti modulace \u00farovn\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edho nabuzen\u00ed kpln\u011bn\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f situace<\/li>\n<li>4.) neobvykle siln\u00e1 inklinace khled\u00e1n\u00ed okam\u017eit\u00e9 odm\u011bny ADHD je term\u00edn pro specifickou v\u00fdvojovou poruchu jak u d\u011bt\u00ed, tak u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch, kter\u00e1 zahrnuje nedostatky voblasti behavior\u00e1ln\u00ed inhibice, udr\u017een\u00ed pozornosti, rezistenci v\u016f\u010di vyru\u0161en\u00ed a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b aktivity vzhledem kpo\u017eadavk\u016fm situace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ADHD p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee v t\u011bchto psychick\u00fdch funkc\u00edch:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"seznam\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1.) po\u0161kozen\u00e1 pracovn\u00ed pam\u011b\u0165<\/li>\n<li>2.) opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u0159e\u010di a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pravidel<\/li>\n<li>3.) obt\u00ed\u017ee v \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed emoc\u00ed, motivace a z\u00e1kladn\u00edho nabuzen\u00ed (arousalu)<\/li>\n<li>4.) oslaben\u00e1 schopnost \u0159e\u0161it probl\u00e9my,oslaben\u00e1 vynal\u00e9zavost a pru\u017enost v napln\u011bn\u00ed dlouhodob\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f<\/li>\n<li>5.) v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 variabilita vpracovn\u00edm v\u00fdkonu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Krit\u00e9ria pro napln\u011bn\u00ed diagn\u00f3zy ADHD nejm\u00e9n\u011b 6 symptom\u016f p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 po dobu 6 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f podle hodnocen\u00ed u\u010ditele i rodi\u010d\u016f se vyskytuje velmi \u010dasto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.) symptomy nepozornosti:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"seznam\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>&#8211; nedok\u00e1\u017ee se v\u00edce soust\u0159edit na detaily, d\u011bl\u00e1 chyby z nedbalosti, jeho pr\u00e1ce je chaotick\u00e1<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; m\u00edv\u00e1 pot\u00ed\u017ee udr\u017eet pozornost p\u0159i h\u0159e nebo p\u0159i \u00fakolech, nedokon\u010d\u00ed pr\u00e1ci<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee neposlouch\u00e1, kdy\u017e k n\u011bmu p\u0159\u00edmo mluv\u00edme<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; nepostupuje podle pokyn\u016f, p\u0159eb\u00edh\u00e1 od rozd\u011blan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti k jin\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; m\u00edv\u00e1 pot\u00ed\u017ee s organizac\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f a \u010dinnost\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; zdr\u00e1h\u00e1 se vykonat pr\u00e1ci vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed vynalo\u017eit ment\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; ztr\u00e1c\u00ed v\u011bci a pom\u016fcky, zach\u00e1z\u00ed s nimi bezstarostn\u011b nebo je po\u0161kod\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto se d\u00e1 vyru\u0161it vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm podn\u011btem<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; b\u00fdv\u00e1 zapomn\u011btliv\u00fd v b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch denn\u00edch \u010dinnostech<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; v soci\u00e1ln\u00edch situac\u00edch odb\u00edh\u00e1 od jednoho konverza\u010dn\u00edho t\u00e9matu k druh\u00e9mu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2.) symptomy hyperaktivity-impulzivity, hyperaktivita:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"seznam\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto si pohr\u00e1v\u00e1 s rukama nebo nohama, vrt\u00ed se na \u017eidli<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto opou\u0161t\u00ed m\u00edsto ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b nebo v jin\u00fdch situac\u00edch, ve kter\u00fdch se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 sezen\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto pob\u00edh\u00e1, na v\u0161e leze, \u201ev\u011b\u0161\u00ed se\u201c na lidi v situac\u00edch, kdy je to nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto m\u00edv\u00e1 pot\u00ed\u017ee ti\u0161e si hr\u00e1t<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto b\u00fdv\u00e1 v pohybu, jako kdyby byl \u201epoh\u00e1n\u011bn motorem\u201c<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 upov\u00eddan\u00fd, hlu\u010dn\u00fd, impulzivita<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; \u010dasto vyhrkne odpov\u011bdi p\u0159ed dokon\u010den\u00edm ot\u00e1zky<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; m\u00edv\u00e1 pot\u00ed\u017ee po\u010dkat, a\u017e na n\u011bj p\u0159ijde \u0159ada<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; p\u0159eru\u0161uje, obt\u011b\u017euje ostatn\u00ed, ru\u0161\u00ed je p\u0159i h\u0159e<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; v soci\u00e1ln\u00ed situaci je spont\u00e1nn\u00ed, nevhodn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem komentuje d\u011bn\u00ed kolem sebe, neposlouch\u00e1 pokyny a pravidla, bere ostatn\u00edm v\u011bci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u011bkter\u00e9 symptomy byly p\u0159\u00edtomny p\u0159ed dosa\u017een\u00edm 7. roku v\u011bku. N\u011bkter\u00e9 byly p\u0159\u00edtomny ve dvou i v\u00edce oblastech \u017eivota. Mus\u00ed b\u00fdt prokazateln\u00e9, \u017ee po\u0161kozen\u00ed je klinicky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 v soci\u00e1ln\u00ed a \u0161koln\u00ed oblasti nebo vzam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Symptomy se vylu\u010duj\u00ed u ment\u00e1ln\u00ed retardace, u opozi\u010dn\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, u jin\u00fdch du\u0161evn\u00edch poruch Subtypy ADHD<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1.) Kombinovan\u00fd typ symptomy nepozornosti i hyperaktivity-impulsivnosti<br \/>\n2.) Nepozorn\u00fd typ<br \/>\n3.) Hyperaktivn\u00ed impulsivn\u00ed typ<br \/>\n4.) ADD H<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; d\u011bti jsou v\u00edce \u00fazkostn\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; sklony k denn\u00edmu sn\u011bn\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; otup\u011bl\u00e9, apatick\u00e9, l\u00edn\u00e9, pomal\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; probl\u00e9my s pam\u011bt\u00ed, zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm pozornosti a rychlost\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed, tedy i svizuomotorikou<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; pomalej\u0161\u00ed vkognitivn\u00edm zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; zasn\u011bn\u00e9, uzav\u0159en\u00e9 a nespole\u010densk\u00e9 Z neuropsychologick\u00e9ho hlediska zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e1 aktivita vposteriorn\u00ed kortik\u00e1ln\u00ed oblasti U obou typ\u016f 20% v\u00fdskyt SPU. Podle agresivity. Agrese se vztahuje k chov\u00e1n\u00ed opozi\u010dn\u00edmu, vzdorovit\u00e9mu, tvrdohlav\u00e9mu a um\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9mu, v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9mu, nep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9mu, slovn\u011b agresivn\u00edmu a fyzicky n\u00e1siln\u00e9mu. B\u00fdv\u00e1 ozna\u010dov\u00e1na jako ODD nebo CD (opozi\u010dn\u00ed a\u017e zcela antisoci\u00e1ln\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed) ADHD je ch\u00e1p\u00e1na jako v\u00fdvojov\u00fd stupe\u0148 nebo p\u0159edch\u016fdce poruch chov\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u011bti projevuj\u00ed fyzickou \u00fato\u010dnost, lhan\u00ed, kr\u00e1de\u017ee, jsou \u010dast\u011bji odm\u00edt\u00e1ny ze strany vrstevn\u00edk\u016f ne\u017e d\u011bti \u010dist\u011b nepozorn\u00e9 nebo jen agresivn\u00ed. Tyto d\u011bti si tak\u00e9 jinak vysv\u011btluj\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed ostatn\u00edch, jsou nep\u0159izp\u016fsobiv\u00e9, maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 a rodinn\u00e9 psychopatologie. Hledisko internalizuj\u00edc\u00edch symptom\u016f Odli\u0161en\u00ed podle rekce na medikaci dob\u0159e reaguj\u00ed na antidepresiva, h\u016f\u0159e na stimulancia. Sklony k poruch\u00e1m n\u00e1lady a emoc\u00ed v adolescenci a depresivn\u00ed \u010di \u00fazkostn\u00e9 symptomy v d\u011btstv\u00ed mohou pozd\u011bji vyvolat depresivn\u00ed poruchu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poznatky o p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00e1ch ADHD:<br \/>\nSyndrom ADHD je ovlivn\u011bn sp\u00ed\u0161e neurologick\u00fdmi a genetick\u00fdmi faktory ne\u017e vlivy prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
