Znamen\u00e1 to tedy \u017ee je to n\u011bjak\u00fd stav mysli.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pravda je v\u0161ak takov\u00e1, \u017ee meditace nem\u00e1 s mysl\u00ed nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho, proto\u017ee je to stav jej\u00edho p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed, osvobozen\u00ed se od n\u00ed, stav pouh\u00e9ho jej\u00edho pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed. Podstatou je tedy uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee nejsme mysl, kter\u00e1 se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 okoln\u00edm sv\u011btem, ale jej\u00edm pozorovatelem, kter\u00fd se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v na\u0161em nitru.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meditace je n\u00e1stroj umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1m poznat sama sebe. Nen\u00ed to kontrola my\u0161len\u00ed. Kontrola vn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do mysli konflikt. Kdy\u017e ale porozum\u00edme p\u016fvodu a povaze mysli, pak n\u00e1m nebudou my\u0161lenky na p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eku. Ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00edm jej\u00ed povahy nast\u00e1v\u00e1 v mysli k\u00e1ze\u0148 a \u0159\u00e1d, kter\u00e9 jsou j\u00ed vlastn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To je meditace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Meditace znamen\u00e1 uv\u011bdomit si ka\u017edou my\u0161lenku a ka\u017ed\u00fd pocit, ani\u017e p\u0159itom soud\u00edme, jestli jsou dobr\u00e9 nebo \u0161patn\u00e9. Mysl je pouze pozoruje a pohybuje se s nimi. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 rozum\u011bt vlastn\u00edm my\u0161lenkov\u00fdm a pocitov\u00fdm hnut\u00edm. Z tohoto uv\u011bdom\u011bn\u00ed vyvst\u00e1v\u00e1 ticho. Kdy\u017e ale my\u0161len\u00ed spat\u0159\u00ed sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed po\u010d\u00e1tek, svou p\u0159irozenost a to, \u017ee \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 my\u0161lenka nen\u00ed svobodn\u00e1, proto\u017ee je v\u017edycky star\u00e1, pak je ticho meditac\u00ed, v n\u00ed\u017e neexistuje \u201emedit\u00e1tor&#8220; mysl se zbavila ve\u0161ker\u00e9 sv\u00e9 minulosti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Meditace je jedno z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch \u017eivotn\u00edch um\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 ne-li nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed. Nelze se mu nau\u010dit od druh\u00fdch. <\/b>Nem\u00e1 techniku a nezn\u00e1 autoritu.<br \/>\nChcete-li se n\u011bco o sob\u011b dozv\u011bd\u011bt, sledujte. Sledujte zp\u016fsob, jak chod\u00edte, jak j\u00edte, jak mluv\u00edte, jak se vztek\u00e1te, jak nen\u00e1vid\u00edte a \u017e\u00e1rl\u00edte. Budete-li si toho v\u0161eho v\u011bdomi, ani\u017e byste si vyb\u00edrali a cokoliv up\u0159ednost\u0148ovali, bude to sou\u010d\u00e1st meditace. Meditovat m\u016f\u017eete kdekoli a kdykoliv. T\u0159eba na proch\u00e1zce lesem, p\u0159i j\u00edzd\u011b autobusem nebo kdy\u017e sledujete kolemjdouc\u00ed. To co p\u0159i n\u00ed c\u00edt\u00edte a ch\u00e1pete je l\u00e1ska. Ta se d\u00e1 poznat jen v naprost\u00e9 tichu. Mysl utich\u00e1, pouze kdy\u017e za\u010dne rozum\u011bt vlastn\u00edm hnut\u00edm ve form\u011b my\u0161lenek a cit\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abychom dos\u00e1hli zklidn\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed mysli, sta\u010d\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"seznam\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>&#8211; Sedn\u011bte si a uvoln\u011bte se.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Za\u010dn\u011bte zhluboka a pomalu d\u00fdchat.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Takto d\u00fdchejte do t\u00e9 doby, ne\u017e se v\u00e1\u0161 dech zjemn\u00ed, va\u0161e t\u011blo se uvoln\u00ed a va\u0161e mysl zklidn\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Sledujte p\u0159i tom sv\u016fj dech, sv\u00e9 b\u0159icho nebo hrudn\u00edk jak se p\u0159i vdechu a v\u00fddechu pohybuje.<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; Toto je stav uvoln\u011bn\u00ed a ten m\u016f\u017eete za\u017e\u00edvat v\u0161ude, kde se budete pr\u00e1v\u011b nach\u00e1zet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je dobr\u00e9 toto d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed praktikovat poka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e si na to vzpomenete. Je to nejen uvol\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 nesm\u00edrn\u011b osv\u011b\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed.
