A\u0165 u\u017e bylo d\u016fvodem cokoliv, skute\u010dnost\u00ed je, \u017ee se velmi brzy u\u010d\u00edme skr\u00fdvat sv\u00e9 city kdy\u017e v na\u0161em okol\u00ed nen\u00ed nikdo, kdo by na n\u011b reagoval pozitivn\u011b. Pokud je v sob\u011b uzav\u0159eme, zahrad\u00edme t\u00edm cestu \u017eivotn\u00ed energii, kter\u00e1 proud\u00ed na\u0161\u00edm t\u011blem.Energie potla\u010dovan\u00fdch pocit\u016f z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v na\u0161em t\u011ble jako ur\u010dit\u00e1 blok\u00e1da a zp\u016fsobuje \u0159adu t\u011blesn\u00fdch a du\u0161evn\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. A z toho nakonec onemocn\u00edme. St\u00e1v\u00e1me se otup\u011bl\u00ed a bezcitn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mnoz\u00ed maj\u00ed strach p\u0159ipustit si sv\u00e9 tzv. negativn\u00ed pocity, jako je nap\u0159. bolest, vztek, z\u00e1rmutek, strach a zoufalstv\u00ed. Ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed se, \u017ee je p\u0159emohou kdy\u017e se jim otev\u0159ou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ve skute\u010dnosti je to p\u0159esn\u011b naopak. Pokud jste ochotni pro\u017e\u00edt ur\u010dit\u00fd pocit do pln\u00e9 hloubky, jeho p\u016fvodn\u011b blokovan\u00e1 energie se velmi rychle uvoln\u00ed a pocit se rozplyne. Jakmile se pocit jednou dostane na povrch a dojde k jeho v\u011bdom\u00e9mu pro\u017eitku, obvykle b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika minut zmiz\u00ed a na jeho m\u00edsto nastupuje pocit osvobozen\u00ed a vnit\u0159n\u00edho m\u00edru. Teprve kdy\u017e se \u010dlov\u011bk zbav\u00ed zablokovan\u00fdch emoc\u00ed z minulosti, m\u016f\u017ee \u010derpat v\u00edc \u017eivotn\u00ed energie a s\u00edly pro sou\u010dasnost. Jakmile tomu jednou porozum\u00edme, nau\u010d\u00edme se vychutn\u00e1vat v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 pocity a nebr\u00e1n\u00edme tomu \u017ee se neust\u00e1le mn\u011bn\u00ed. Pokud v\u0161ak m\u00e1me strach z ur\u010dit\u00fdch pocit\u016f, zat\u00e1hneme za citovou z\u00e1chrannou brzdu, proto v nich d\u00e1l z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1me v\u011bzet na p\u016fl cesty a nikdy jimi \u00fapln\u011b neprojdeme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jen kdy\u017e m\u00e1me r\u00e1di v\u0161echny \u010d\u00e1sti sv\u00e9 osobnosti a akceptujeme je, m\u016f\u017eeme se uvolnit a naj\u00edt napln\u011bn\u00ed. Bolest je reakce t\u011bla, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 chr\u00e1nit se p\u0159ed n\u011bjakou t\u011blesnou \u00fajmou. Je to \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd mechanismus , kter\u00fd n\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed nebezpe\u010d\u00edm. V citov\u00e9 oblasti n\u00e1m potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed pocit\u016f zp\u016fsobuje bolest. Kdy\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd pocit uml\u010d\u00edme proto\u017ee z n\u011bho m\u00e1me strach, objev\u00ed se du\u0161evn\u00ed bolest. Jakmile si ho v\u0161ak dovol\u00edme a pln\u011b ho p\u0159ijmeme, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt velice intenzivn\u00ed pro\u017eitek a nebude to tak bolet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 negativn\u00ed nebo pozitivn\u00ed pocity. Ty z nich d\u011bl\u00e1me sami sv\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem, nastaven\u00edm a hodnocen\u00edm, t\u00edm, \u017ee je odm\u00edt\u00e1me nebo p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me. Pokud p\u0159ijmeme v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pocity, zabarv\u00ed n\u00e1m \u017eivot barvami duhy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kurt Tepperwein <\/b><br \/>\nNa\u0161e starosti n\u00e1m p\u0159ipadaj\u00ed ne\u00fanosn\u00e9 ve chv\u00edli, kdy\u017e na n\u011b z\u016fstaneme v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b sami. I kdy\u017e ur\u010dit\u011b ne u v\u0161ech byli rodi\u010de tou spr\u00e1vnou oporou.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jist\u011b je pravdou \u017ee bolest je cestou k duchovn\u00edmu r\u016fstu. Ov\u0161em jsou i jin\u00e9 mo\u017enosti jak postupovat kup\u0159edu. Bolest, starosti nebo jin\u00e1 utrpen\u00ed n\u00e1m umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed rychleji se vyv\u00edjet. Pro\u010d? Jednodu\u0161e proto \u017ee kdy\u017e n\u00e1m nic nechyb\u00ed a m\u00e1me se dob\u0159e nic n\u00e1s nenut\u00ed k tomu abychom se u\u010dili na sv\u011bt a \u017eivot d\u00edvat jin\u00fdma o\u010dima.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud za\u010dneme trp\u011bt z jak\u00e9hokoli d\u016fvodu, v\u011bt\u0161inou doch\u00e1z\u00ed k tomu \u017ee za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me \u201educhovn\u011b zr\u00e1t\u201c. Proto si v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed mysl\u00ed, \u017ee na cest\u011b r\u016fstu je nezbytn\u00e9 utrpen\u00ed. Nen\u00ed to v\u0161ak nutn\u00e9. Je t\u0159eba abychom pochopili \u017ee v\u0161echny v\u011bci a ud\u00e1losti kter\u00e9 se n\u00e1m v \u017eivot\u011b d\u011bj\u00ed jsou zku\u0161enosti, kter\u00e9 si sami v\u011bdom\u011b \u010di nev\u011bdom\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00edme a vyb\u00edr\u00e1me, proto\u017ee je pot\u0159ebujeme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u016f\u017eete nam\u00edtnout: <i>\u201eco mi to chce namluvit? Pro\u010d bych si dobrovoln\u011b vybral zku\u0161enost v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 nemoci nebo jin\u00e9ho utrpen\u00ed?\u201c<\/i> Jednodu\u0161e proto \u017ee jste u\u017e del\u0161\u00ed dobu m\u011bli n\u011bjak\u00e9 probl\u00e9my kter\u00e9 jste bu\u010f p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeli, anebo nev\u011bd\u011bli jak je \u0159e\u0161it. Prost\u011b v\u0161echny zn\u00e1m\u00e9 mo\u017enosti \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed selhaly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tehdy se za\u010dneme c\u00edtit bezmocn\u00ed a u\u017e nev\u00edme jak v \u017eivot\u011b d\u00e1l postupovat. V\u00edce m\u00e9n\u011b m\u00e1me pocit \u017ee jsme zabloudili. Tento pocit bezmoci s\u00edl\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, jeliko\u017e si mysl\u00edme \u017ee jsme na tyto starosti sami.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V na\u0161em d\u011btstv\u00ed n\u00e1m s na\u0161imi probl\u00e9my a bol\u00edstkami pom\u00e1hali na\u0161i rodi\u010de, prarodi\u010de, vychovatel\u00e9. Kdykoli jsme se na n\u011b mohli s d\u016fv\u011brou obr\u00e1tit. Tuto mo\u017enost nem\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd z n\u00e1s. Ti kte\u0159\u00ed ji nem\u011bli se velmi brzy nau\u010dili spol\u00e9hat sami na sebe, na sv\u016fj \u00fasudek.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mus\u00edme opravdu b\u00fdt na v\u0161echno sami? Ne. V\u017edy tady s n\u00e1mi byli tak\u00e9 bytosti sv\u011btla. Nebyli jsme si toho t\u0159eba v\u011bdomi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pokud ignorujeme pocity \u017ee s n\u00e1mi n\u011bco nen\u00ed v p\u0159\u00e1dku a my\u0161lenky kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s nab\u00e1daj\u00ed \u017ee bychom s t\u00edm n\u011bco mn\u011bli ud\u011blat, pak se n\u00e1sledn\u011b projev\u00ed na na\u0161em fyzick\u00e9m t\u011ble zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nemus\u00ed se v\u017edy jednat o fyzick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my nebo nemoc. \u010casto se mi st\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017ee za mnou chod\u00ed klienti a \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed \u201ej\u00e1 m\u00e1m prost\u011b sm\u016flu na partnery.\u201c Nebo \u201e V\u0161echny m\u00e9 vztahy ztroskotaly.\u201c<\/p>\n<ul class=\"seznam\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>&#8211; nem\u00e1m pen\u00edze<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; nem\u00e1m pr\u00e1ci<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; nestoj\u00edm za nic<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; nic se mi neda\u0159\u00ed<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; nic nedot\u00e1hnu do konce<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; a\u0165 ud\u011bl\u00e1m cokoli, nikdy to nen\u00ed v o\u010d\u00edch ostatn\u00edch dost dobr\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; za m\u00e9 probl\u00e9my m\u016f\u017ee m\u00e1 v\u00e1ha, v\u00fd\u0161ka, vzhled<\/li>\n<li>&#8211; nem\u00e1m \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Va\u0161e volba, va\u0161e rozhodnut\u00ed ud\u00e1v\u00e1 sm\u011br, kter\u00fdm se bude ub\u00edrat v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot. P\u0159esta\u0148te se odd\u00e1vat klamu, \u017ee jste ob\u011bt\u00ed, proto\u017ee tuto past jste sv\u00e9 du\u0161i nastra\u017eili Vy sami. Zvolte svobodu. Dop\u0159ejete-li ji i druh\u00fdm, skute\u010dn\u011b jste ji zvolili i pro sebe. Nep\u0159ij\u00edmejte \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 b\u0159emena a z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e v p\u0159edstav\u011b, \u017ee si t\u00edm z\u00edsk\u00e1te sl\u00e1vu. B\u0159\u00edm\u011b v\u00e1s pouze zdr\u017e\u00ed na va\u0161\u00ed cest\u011b. Dost bylo sebetrest\u00e1n\u00ed a pok\u00e1n\u00ed. Deprese a smutky jsou pouze zdeformovan\u00fd pohled na sv\u011bt. \u00dacta, o kterou tolik stoj\u00edte, v\u00e1m nyn\u00ed le\u017e\u00ed u nohou a nemus\u00edte o ni bojovat, ani si ji vynucovat.
