Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je nau\u010dit d\u011bti d\u00fdchat cel\u00fdmi pl\u00edcemi, proto\u017ee vlivem siln\u00e9ho nedostatku pohybu jsme se nau\u010dili d\u00fdchat velmi povrchn\u011b, t\u00edm doch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vlivem nedostate\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fddechu k hromad\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f v plic\u00edch. P\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m nev\u011bdom\u00e9m d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed jsou toti\u017e pl\u00edce po v\u00fddechu ve stavu \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9ho napln\u011bn\u00ed vzduchem. Pozn\u00e1me to tak, \u017ee po v\u00fddechu zadr\u017e\u00edme dech a zkus\u00edme znovu vydechnout. Mnohdy vyjde ven v\u00edc vzduchu, ne\u017e p\u0159i prvn\u00edm v\u00fddechu.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed do srde\u010dn\u00edho centra<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.andelskaduchovniterapie.cz\/meditacni-dech-cviceni-obr\/dech-cviceni.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"265\" align=\"left\" hspace=\"20\" vspace=\"10\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nadechn\u011bte se pros\u00edm a zadr\u017ete dech na p\u00e1r vte\u0159in a ci\u0165te, \u017ee zadr\u017eujete dech, kter\u00fd je \u017eivotn\u00ed energi\u00ed, ve sv\u00e9m srde\u010dn\u00edm centru. Toto v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee rozv\u00edjet va\u0161i vnit\u0159n\u00ed medita\u010dn\u00ed kapacitu.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Uv\u011bdomov\u00e1n\u00ed si dechu<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e used\u00e1te k meditaci, sna\u017ete se d\u00fdchat tak pomalu a ti\u0161e, jak je to jen mo\u017en\u00e9, tak\u017ee kdyby v\u00e1m n\u011bkdo um\u00edstil k nosu tenkou nit, v\u016fbec by se nepohnula. A kdy\u017e vydechujete, pokuste se vydechovat dokonce je\u0161t\u011b pomaleji, ne\u017e jste se nadechovali. Jestli je to mo\u017en\u00e9, ud\u011blejte kr\u00e1tkou p\u0159est\u00e1vku mezi koncem n\u00e1dechu a za\u010d\u00e1tkem v\u00fddechu. Pokud m\u016f\u017eete, zadr\u017ete dech na n\u011bkolik vte\u0159in. Ale je-li to obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9, ned\u011blejte to. Nikdy b\u011bhem meditace ned\u011blejte nic, co by pro v\u00e1s bylo fyzicky nepohodln\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00edru a radosti<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prvn\u00ed v\u011bc, na kterou mus\u00edte myslet p\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed dechov\u00e9ho cvi\u010den\u00ed, je \u010distota. Dok\u00e1\u017eete-li p\u0159i n\u00e1dechu uc\u00edtit, \u017ee dech p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo od Boha, z \u010cistoty sam\u00e9, v\u00e1\u0161 dech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt snadno pro\u010di\u0161t\u011bn. Pot\u00e9 se p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m n\u00e1dechu sna\u017ete c\u00edtit, \u017ee p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00edte nekone\u010dn\u00fd m\u00edr do sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla. Opakem m\u00edru je nepokoj. Kdy\u017e vydechujete, pokuste se c\u00edtit, \u017ee se zbavujete neklidu ze sv\u00e9ho nitra i neklidu, kter\u00fd vid\u00edte v\u0161ude kolem sebe. Budete-li d\u00fdchat t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem, shled\u00e1te, \u017ee v\u00e1s nepokoj opou\u0161t\u00ed. Kdy\u017e toto n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t procvi\u010d\u00edte, sna\u017ete se pros\u00edm c\u00edtit, \u017ee vdechujete s\u00edlu z vesm\u00edru, a p\u0159i v\u00fddechu ci\u0165te, jak strach odch\u00e1z\u00ed z va\u0161eho t\u011bla. Pot\u00e9, co toto n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t zopakujete, se pokuste c\u00edtit, \u017ee vdechujete nekone\u010dnou radost a vydechujete smutek, utrpen\u00ed a melancholii.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Vdechov\u00e1n\u00ed kosmick\u00e9 energie<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ci\u0165te, \u017ee nevdechujete vzduch, ale kosmickou energii. Ci\u0165te, jak do v\u00e1s ka\u017ed\u00fdm dechem vstupuje ohromn\u00e1 energie, kterou vyu\u017eijete na pro\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed sv\u00e9ho t\u011bla, vit\u00e1lna, mysli a srdce. Ci\u0165te, \u017ee nen\u00ed jedin\u00e9ho m\u00edsta va\u0161\u00ed bytosti, kter\u00e9 by nebylo zapln\u011bno proudem kosmick\u00e9 energie. Proud\u00ed jako \u0159eka uvnit\u0159 v\u00e1s, prom\u00fdv\u00e1 a o\u010di\u0161\u0165uje celou va\u0161i bytost. Pot\u00e9, kdy\u017e vydechujete, ci\u0165te, \u017ee vydechujete v\u0161echno smet\u00ed zevnit\u0159 sebe &#8211; v\u0161echny sv\u00e9 nebo\u017esk\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, temn\u00e9 p\u0159edstavy a ne\u010dist\u00e9 \u010diny. Cokoliv uvnit\u0159 sv\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu naz\u00fdv\u00e1te nebo\u017esk\u00fdm, cokoliv nechcete vlastnit jako sv\u00e9, poci\u0165te, \u017ee vydechujete. Toto nen\u00ed tradi\u010dn\u00ed jog\u00ednsk\u00e1 pranayama, kter\u00e1 je slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a systemati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale je to nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed duchovn\u00ed zp\u016fsob d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Budete-li cvi\u010dit tuto metodu d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, brzy uvid\u00edte v\u00fdsledky. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku budete muset u\u017e\u00edt svou p\u0159edstavivost, ale po chv\u00edli uvid\u00edte a uc\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee to nen\u00ed p\u0159edstava, ale skute\u010dnost. V\u011bdom\u011b vdechujete energii, kter\u00e1 proud\u00ed v\u0161ude kolem v\u00e1s, o\u010di\u0161\u0165ujete sebe a vyprazd\u0148ujete se od v\u0161eho nebo\u017esk\u00e9ho. Pokud dok\u00e1\u017eete d\u00fdchat t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem p\u011bt minut ka\u017ed\u00fd den, budete schopni u\u010dinit velmi rychl\u00fd pokrok. Ale mus\u00ed to b\u00fdt prov\u00e1d\u011bno velmi v\u011bdom\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, ne mechanicky.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">5. Celkov\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e dos\u00e1hnete pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b, m\u016f\u017eete se pokusit c\u00edtit, \u017ee v\u00e1\u0161 dech vch\u00e1z\u00ed a vych\u00e1z\u00ed ka\u017edou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed va\u0161eho t\u011bla &#8211; skrze va\u0161e srdce, skrze va\u0161e o\u010di, skrze v\u00e1\u0161 nos a dokonce i skrze v\u0161echny p\u00f3ry. Nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017eete d\u00fdchat jen sv\u00fdm nosem nebo \u00fasty, ale p\u0159ijde \u010das, kdy budete schopni d\u00fdchat skrze ka\u017edou \u010d\u00e1st va\u0161eho t\u011bla. Duchovn\u00ed Mist\u0159i mohou d\u00fdchat i tehdy, maj\u00ed-li nos i \u00fasta zav\u0159eny. Jakmile si zdokonal\u00edte toto duchovn\u00ed d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed, v\u0161echna va\u0161e ne\u010distota a nev\u011bdomost bude nahrazena Bo\u017e\u00edm sv\u011btlem, m\u00edrem a silou.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">6. Dal\u0161\u00ed technika d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jin\u00e1 technika, kterou si m\u016f\u017eete vyzkou\u0161et, je st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Prov\u00e1d\u00ed se p\u0159im\u00e1\u010dknut\u00edm prav\u00e9 nosn\u00ed d\u00edrky palcem a dlouh\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem levou nosn\u00ed d\u00edrkou. P\u0159i n\u00e1dechu opakujte jednou jm\u00e9no Bo\u017e\u00ed. Pot\u00e9 zadr\u017ete dech na \u010dty\u0159i doby opakuj\u00edce Bo\u017e\u00ed jm\u00e9no \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t. A nakonec uvoln\u011bte pravou nosn\u00ed d\u00edrku, zm\u00e1\u010dkn\u011bte prsten\u00ed\u010dkem levou nosn\u00ed d\u00edrku a vydechn\u011bte na dv\u011b doby, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 dvakr\u00e1t zopakovat Bo\u017e\u00ed jm\u00e9no. Pot\u00e9 to ud\u011blejte obr\u00e1cen\u011b, za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc s uzav\u0159enou levou nosn\u00ed d\u00edrkou. P\u0159i prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed tohoto cvi\u010den\u00ed se nemus\u00edte nadechovat a vydechovat ti\u0161e. Nevad\u00ed, pokud budete hlu\u010dn\u00ed. Ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, toto cvi\u010den\u00ed by se nem\u011blo prov\u00e1d\u011bt na ve\u0159ejnosti nebo tam, kde se jin\u00ed lid\u00e9 sna\u017e\u00ed v tichosti meditovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nem\u011bli byste cvi\u010dit jedna-\u010dty\u0159i-dva d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159i nebo p\u011bt minut a nem\u011bli byste prov\u00e1d\u011bt st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t. Budete-li jej d\u011blat dvacetkr\u00e1t, \u010dty\u0159icetkr\u00e1t nebo pades\u00e1tkr\u00e1t, vystoup\u00ed z po\u010d\u00e1tku p\u00e1te\u0159e \u017e\u00e1r a vejde do va\u0161\u00ed hlavy, co\u017e vyvol\u00e1 nap\u011bt\u00ed a jej\u00ed bolest. Je to jako p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed. J\u00edst je dobr\u00e9, ale kdy\u017e j\u00edte nenasytn\u011b, zkaz\u00edte si \u017ealudek. Tento vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1r p\u016fsob\u00ed stejn\u011b. \u010cerp\u00e1te-li jej v\u00edce, ne\u017e na kolik sta\u010d\u00ed va\u0161e kapacita, pak m\u00edsto aby v\u00e1m dal m\u00edruplnou mysl, p\u0159inese v\u00e1m mysl arogantn\u00ed, v\u00ed\u0159ivou a destruktivn\u00ed.
