D\u00edky tomu jsem zm\u011bnila p\u0159\u00edstup k sob\u011b a vlastn\u011b cel\u00fd sv\u016fj dosavadn\u00ed \u017eivot. Je o pochopen\u00ed, odpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a osvobozen\u00ed se. Odhaluje pravdiv\u00fd pohled na to co n\u00e1s nut\u00ed, nebo vede k tomu abychom jednali jak jedn\u00e1me. Pochop\u00edme jak na\u0161e my\u0161lenky a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed na\u0161i \u017eivotn\u00ed realitu. Obsahuje n\u00e1vod, kter\u00fd V\u00e1s dovede ke zm\u011bn\u011b my\u0161lenek a p\u0159\u00edstupu k sob\u011b i ostatn\u00edm.
